This site represents just one more way in which M. S. McClellan is trying to better serve you - the customer.  Over the past eight years that we have had a web site, we have felt this has been a perfect medium to keep our customers abreast of new developments and clothing here at M. S. McClellan.  Your input has reassured us this is true and has also led us to an upgrade to make navigation easier for you.
  
 I strongly encourage you to sign up for our monthly newsletter. It is one of the best ways that you can benefit from our new site. Through the newsletter we will keep you informed monthly about the new items coming into the store and all relevant news and announcements like trunk shows and sales.  We use our e-mail newsletter extensively, but we never overwhelm you.  I also encourage you to sign up for our Birthday Club.  On your birthday month, we happily reward you with 20% off an entire purchase on the day you choose.

Our web site is also a reflection of over 45 years of business experience.

When I started Hansom House in 1966, it was founded on the tenets of Value, Style, Color and Service. You'll still see that reflected here today. I also embraced the philosophy of “fashion is fleeting, but style is timeless.” This is what I believe has set M. S. McClellan apart from the crowd. While we have always tried to keep one step ahead of the current fashions - it's a far more rewarding job to help our customers find their own personal sense of style.

I have from the beginning been a student of my industry. I love clothing, the fabrics, the styling and the craftsmanship. It's a passion that I try to convey to our customers every day. I am also indebted to my mentors in the business - Ham Stockton, Maurice Julian, Moss Beecroft, Jack Wood, Bobby Webb, Pearly Gates and many others. These people gave me a direction early in my career that I trust I have honored to this day.
